Feedback

At GPAH Resource centre we value feedback from our service users, families and out-side agencies. Each Service User is advised of our Complaints Procedure. Details of this procedure are contained in the Service User Guide for their personal use. Service users, or people acting on their behalf, are supported to make comments and complaints in order to ensure a high quality service for our service users. Company will take any complaint seriously and take necessary action to resolve problems.
